My first musical experiences involved learning to play the piano with my mother,
where I grew up in New England. Following that, I studied the basics of several band and orchestral instruments
within the curriculums of my primary and secondary schools as well as participated in a variety of concert
bands - primarily classical, but also in the popular music genres, such as rock, blues and jazz.
In my early twenties, I remained in the Boston Area where I studied the classic guitar privately, and orchestration techniques
at Berklee College of Music. I also studied at the New England Conservatory with a focus on clarinet.
Over the years, I have performed as a solo artist and in small chamber ensembles throughout New England and along
the east coast.
In addition to my current concert venues, I am currently working on my first cd which should be published in late 2011.
